        Requests for services from individuals and legal entities, for which the non-exclusive transfer of copyright is necessary, are subject to the provisions of Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, in conjunction with the provisions of Ministerial Order no. M.82/2008 of August 20, 2008, for the establishment of the domains and conditions regarding the employment and execution, upon request, through the Ministry of Defense units, of services for legal or physical persons, with subsequent amendments and completions.

        In order to benefit from the services that AIGA can provide according to its field of activity and which are subject to copyright, requests from individuals and legal entities must necessarily include the purpose of the request, as well as at least one of the following: proof of necessity through documents issued by the court or compliance with the above-mentioned legal provisions.
